Booking and Confirmation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 72+ Hours Notice: Deposit transferable but non-refundable. 48-72 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 25% cancellation fee. 24-48 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 75% cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Full treatment cost (100%) charged. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in treatment being shortened or rescheduled, and full payment is still required. Client Responsibilities Health Disclosure: Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. Aftercare: Follow provided aftercare for the best results. Pregnancy/Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor before booking if necessary. Owner’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for emergencies or operational reasons. Deposits will be transferred but non-refundable.
