Booking and Confirmation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 72+ Hours Notice: Deposit transferable but non-refundable. 48-72 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 25% cancellation fee. 24-48 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 75% cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Full treatment cost (100%) charged. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in treatment being shortened or rescheduled, and full payment is still required. Client Responsibilities Health Disclosure: Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. Aftercare: Follow provided aftercare for the best results. Pregnancy/Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor before booking if necessary.
